A discreet professional consultancy, for private and corporate counselling and coaching clients.
I am known for my pragmatic and sincere manner - absolutely no psychobabble either - and you can be assured of a friendly and non-judgmental approach.
Life can be really tough at times and it is human to have an emotional response to pain and distress. So if you are anxious, stressed out, deeply unhappy or sad, or have a major problem you cannot resolve, I can help.
I will work sympathetically with you at your own pace, helping you to fully understand your feelings and to find clarity and solutions, whilst supporting you through change, to reach positive and sometimes life changing outcomes.
I will listen carefully (but I don't sit in silence) and work to understand how best to help and support you, and will use all my expertise to get you to a happy place through psycho-education and counselling; helping you to develop tools and resilience for all life's ups and downs.
I take G.P and psychiatric referrals but you do not need to be referred, just make contact and we can take it from there.

Supervision
A warm and supportive approach to supervision - Whether you are an experienced practitioners, trainee therapists, healthcare professional or organisations. It can be difficult to find a supervisor that you feel confident and safe with, therefore you are welcome to contact my current supervisees for a reference (details can be supplied).
I completed my training with CSTD and you will find me on their directory along with tutors Robin Shohet and David Owen: authors of the supervision bible, 'Supervision in the Helping Professions'.

About Me
Firstly, I love my work - I feel very humbled and very privileged to be able to help so many. I qualified twenty four years ago and have over 25,000 counselling hours experience in private practice.
I work in an integrative way, using a variety of tools to meet the needs of each individual. I am also an experienced coach and supervisor.
I am accredited with the BACP - British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I am also an associate member of the Royal Society of Medicine. I am based in the UK and governed by UK jurisdiction.
